the hotel seemed promising initially but some aspects fell short of expectations. i had trouble with noise the walls felt thin. basic breakfast was provided yet it seemed quite limited lacking variety. the room i got was smaller than i thought and the furniture felt outdated.

the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was good. the hotel had a convenient location.
there was no air conditioning. there was no refrigerator in the room. it was not possible to keep things cold when the temperature rose in the evening.

i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.. they provided great suggestions for nearby attractions. the location offered easy access to interlaken west and various shops. breakfast featured a nice selection of coffee, juices, breads, meat, cheese, fruit, and yogurt items.
the room lacked a refrigerator.. this was somewhat inconvenient.
